Do you want to play to Quake3Arena?
Find your old CD and get in servers !
Once the game installed, launch the Quake3 "1.16n" Pointrelease: Windows, Linux. To setup easily your game setting you can use this file autoexec.cfg to edit with your usual ".txt file" editor.
(uncomment the screen resolution setting to your current screen, or modify it to your if it's not on the list.)
Store this in the directory -> C:/Programes files/Quake III arena/baseq3/
You can put your mod file or custom map in this same location also this pack of ennemy model with bright skin gzmodels.pk3 (i advice you to use it because we all play with now)
if you prefer different colours there is a .zip file with diferent ennemy model, choose one only and put it on baseq3.

To open your q3console in game use the litle key under escape key the "small 2" for azerty keyboard for qwerty it's in the same place with this symbol "~".
When your q3console is open (you will see it beacause it take the half of your screen) now you will be able to read the console and chat on it, and enter some command inside, like for enable the hook :
/bind mouse2 +button5
To use it it's right click.
